INGREDIENTS:
250g halloumi cheese
1 yellow pepper
1 courgette
1 red onion
1 red pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
METHOD:
Chop all ingredients into even sized pieces.
Thread onto skewers.
HEALTHY TIP:
Include a variety
of vegetables to
increase 昀椀bre and
nutrients.
Brush lightly with olive oil.
Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally
until lightly charred.
