Lorraine has been working in the sales and lettings space for
over 25 years and boasts 15 years’ experience in looking after
residential properties on behalf of investors and developers.
She is ARLA qualified to Fellow Grade and has also achieved a
diploma in residential lettings and management.

Carly excels in her customer facing role; she delivers impeccable
support to our clients, often becoming their reliable point of contact
from instruction to completion. She has worked in the property
sales environment for well over a decade, and she also has strong
involvement in our lettings and property management division.
HENRY CAGE
SALES ASSOCIATE
Henry has extensive experience in varied customer facing roles,
priding himself on his high levels of communication, customer
care and service. Henry has lived in Suffolk for the majority of his
life, and when he is not working is usually walking the dog with his
family. He spends his free time either playing golf, watching sport,
or cooking for friends and family.
CRAIG BOWTELL-SMITH
SALES ASSOCIATE
Craig’s career in the estate agency began in 2017 and he very quickly realised that he had
an undeniable passion for property. Spending a large part of his agency career within the
North Essex markets, his role diversified allowing him to move into more senior duties and
responsibilities covering a larger area as well working alongside developers and new build
properties strengthening his knowledge of the industry further. With an honest, polite,
enthusiastic, and caring approach to, Craig prides himself on his customer service and has an
excellent knowledge of the local area living locally in the popular village of Capel St. Mary with his
girlfriend and two Cocker Spaniels, Freddie and Obi. In his spare time, he enjoys sports
including golf and football.

Jo is passionate about property and has extensive experience in buying
and selling. Jo brings a wealth of customer service experience from a
