MEET THE TEAM...
Mike Healey
Senior Director
I became the owner of Cha琀琀ertons in 1980 guiding the company through many highs
and lows. We love to keep ourselves up to date with the fast-moving changes and
technology is always evolving but at the heart of what we do is great service. I have
assembled a team that I trust and have loyal people that embrace the ethos of the
company. We are a company that knows the value of our clients and thrive on sor琀椀ng
any issues that may arise, we do o昀昀er prac琀椀cal help from our many contractors from
clearing unwanted items, organising garden maintenance, and any other property
related issue this is especially useful if the property is unoccupied.

My 昀椀rst job straight from school at the age of 16 was as an Estate Agent that was in
1986, I love the industry as it contains my 2 favourite things, people and property.
I joined Cha琀琀ertons as Manager in 2008 and I am very proud of the further
development I have achieved since becoming part of the team and with the long
history our company has it is a privilege for me to add to the story of Cha琀琀ertons.
The most important thing to me is a happy customer it is at the heart of what I do
every day, not forge琀�ng how much I love valuing property.
Jen Jacobs

Living in the area gives me excellent local knowledge and I enjoy talking about the
community that I am very much a part of. I have a real passion for property and
an eye for detail. In my past I worked for EY in the city for 10 years as an account
manager and so have a strong work ethic and know how important customer
service is. This is a true people business which makes it perfect for me. I have a
happy and posi琀椀ve outlook and enjoy working with people to help them 昀椀nd or
sell their dream home. I enjoy being busy and so like the buzz of being part of the
team, at 琀椀mes it can be extremely busy and I love it.
