We went to Chattertons
because they sold the
house my son and daughter-inlaw bought. They had a very good
experience with Doug and so we
gave him a call. Very, very helpful
and when we’ve had problems in
the past with our previous property,
we had a lot of help from Doug
regarding that. We couldn’t have dealt
with that all on our own and he was very helpful.
Absolutely we’d recommend Chattertons. They
offered a very comprehensive service.
For me it was the responsiveness,
whenever we called or emailed, we got
a quick reply, I think that attentiveness
is something that is a massive
characteristic for an estate agent.
Doug had such a calming
presence. I can get quite
stressed but as soon as I
spoke to Doug he reassured
me constantly. Amazing.
If it wasn’t for Doug and
the team then we wouldn’t
be living in our
dream home.
