Grilled Salmon with
Lemon and Herbs
Ingredients
• 4 salmon 昀椀llets
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Juice and zest of 1 lemon
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, thyme)
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, herbs, salt,
and pepper.
2. Marinate the salmon 昀椀llets for 15-20 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
4. Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked
through.
5. Serve with extra lemon slices and a drizzle of olive oil.
