Spiced Potatoes or
Sweet Potatoes Wedges
(You may choose either based on
preference; sweet potatoes are generally
more Mediterranean and nutritious)
Ingredients
• 3 large potatoes or sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon (great with sweet potatoes)
• Salt and pepper
• Fresh rosemary (optional)
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Toss wedges with olive oil, spices, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread on a baking sheet.
4. Roast for 30-35 minutes, 昀氀ipping halfway, until
crispy and golden.
5. Garnish with rosemary if desired.
