Baked Apples
with Cinnamon
and Honey
Ingredients
• 4 large eating apples
(e.g., Cox’s or Braeburn)
• 4 tsp honey
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 50g chopped walnuts (optional)
• A few sprigs of fresh thyme or rosemary
(optional)
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).
2. Core apples and place in a baking dish.
3. Mix honey and cinnamon, then drizzle
over each apple.
4. Stuff with walnuts and herbs if using.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until apples
are soft.
