Grilled Sardines with
Lemon and Herbs
Method
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
• 8 fresh sardines, gutted and cleaned
2. Rinse sardines and pat dry.
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3. Brush sardines with extra virgin olive oil and season with
• 1 lemon, sliced
• Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme)
• Salt and pepper to taste
