Meat Souvlaki Skewers
(Chicken or Lamb)
Ingredients
• 500g chicken breast or lamb, cubed
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt and pepper
• Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Method
1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and
pepper in a bowl.
2. Marinate the meat cubes for at least 2 hours.
3. Thread meat onto skewers.
4. Grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning
occasionally until cooked through.
5. Serve hot with a side of fresh herbs or vegetables.
