Dawn is a seasoned globetrotter, having explored over 75 different countries and immersing herself
in diverse cultures around the world. Amidst her bustling schedule, Dawn finds comfort and joy in
the simple pleasures of life, spending quality time with her partner Mark and their beloved dogs Rolo
and Rex.
Lyle Lettings Director
The esteemed Lettings Director at Loddon Properties, his extensive rapport with landlords and clients
has solidified his reputation as a trusted industry leader. Lyle excelled academically achieving a First
Class BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies, which he utilises for our clients with invaluable Portfolio
analysis. Lyle is a well experienced investor himself so doesn’t just ‘talk the talk’, his advice is founded
on personal success and experience with his personal property portfolio. Lyle embodies the true spirit of
leadership and generosity, making him an invaluable asset to both Loddon Properties and the community
