his four-legged companions, he enjoys staying active and appreciating life’s simple moments. Roman’s ambition, friendly nature, and

An enthusiastic Property manager at Loddon Properties with over three years experience under her belt, Sophie brings a
touch of Northern charm and warmth to the office. Beyond the office walls, you’ll often find her letting loose and dancing
the night away. When she’s not hitting the dance floor, Sophie indulges in her guilty pleasure, basking under the rays of a
sunbed, maintaining her bronzed goddess glow. Despite her glamorous tendencies and her self-proclaimed princess status,
Sophie is down-to-earth and relatable, making everyone feel at ease when liaising with tenants and landlords.
Ashley Property Manager
Property Manager at Loddon Properties with a passion for creating organisation and process. With his calm
demeanour and genuine warmth, he fosters a sense of trust among his colleagues and clients. When he’s not
spoiling his two crazy dogs, Bo and Tifa, Ashley harbours a unique passion for Lego. A true aficionado of the iconic
building blocks, he has even dedicated an entire room in his home to his Lego collection! Ashley mixes a unique
blend of creativity and practicality along with meticulous attention to detail to ensures every property receives his
undivided care and attention.
Marcelle Inventory Clerk
Marcelle is a dedicated property inspections clerk using her keen eye for detail to carry out routine mid-term checks.
With over 25 years of experience running a people-focused family business in South Africa, Marcelle is a self-motivated
individual who thrives on challenges. Family is incredibly important to her, and although her family is spread across different
countries, she is fortunate enough to spend annual holidays with her children and grandchildren, creating cherished
memories. Marcelle is passionate about sports, particularly rugby, and proudly supports her home team, the Springboks.
Overall, she loves interacting with people from all backgrounds and values humor and laughter in her daily life.
