Founder & Director
Bradley Potter is Woodbridge’s go-to expert for residential sales and lettings, leading Potter’s Estate
Agents—an independent, family-run agency proudly serving Woodbridge, Ipswich, and the wider Suffolk
area. With decades of experience in the local property market, Bradley has throughout his career to date
overseen property sales exceeding £100 million and managed over 5,000 lets, representing a rental value
of £145 million. He is also highly experienced in managing portfolio properties for landlords across Suffolk.
A fully qualified member of both ARLA and MNAEA, Bradley brings a wealth of industry knowledge and
a commitment to the highest professional standards. Known for building strong foundations with every
client, he takes pride in helping people achieve their desired property goals—whether buying, selling,
letting, or managing investments—while securing the best possible price through trusted advice and

Joanna became a valuable addition to our team in January 2022, bringing with her a wealth of
experience from a career primarily in private healthcare. This background has equipped her with excellent
people and social skills, complemented by a caring nature. Joining our team with the goal of assisting
others in finding their ideal property, Joanna’s keen enthusiasm for property is evident. Her personal
experience in renting and selling houses with a discerning eye for investment purchases contribute to
her understanding of current market conditions. Outside of her professional pursuits, Joanna indulges in
various activities such as walking, cycling, gym, and in the summer months paddleboarding. Her leisurely
pursuits often lead her to her charming hometown of Woodbridge where you’ll find her shopping for fresh
local produce, ecofriendly alternatives, and herbal remedies, but by far her favourite way to enjoy her time
is spending it with her loved ones.
