For more than 30 years, Karen has dedicated her career to Estate Agency in Woodbridge, consistently
delivering a high standard of service to all clients. Recognised as an experienced property professional,
Karen’s wealth of knowledge spans over three decades of letting and selling in Woodbridge and the
surrounding areas. Her expertise adds depth to her excellent customer service skills. In August 2020,
Potters Estate Agents welcomed Karen to their team, appreciating her extensive experience and
commitment. Karen, a local resident of Woodbridge, is passionate about snow skiing and often enjoys

OLIVER DEWHURST Sales Consultant
Born and raised in the Suffolk Coastal area, Oliver Dewhurst brings decades of customer service and
sales experience to his role at Potters. He lives locally with his partner and daughter, and his strong
connection to the area is reflected in his passion for helping people find their perfect home.
As a Sales Consultant, Oliver plays a key role in guiding prospective buyers through the entire process—
from the first viewing to completion. He is skilled at building rapport, understanding individual search
criteria, and matching buyers with the right properties. Oliver also ensures that vendors are kept fully
informed, providing regular feedback, managing viewings, and expertly negotiating offers.
Oliver’s approachable nature, local knowledge, and dedication to both buyers and sellers make him a
