I would highly recommend
Shepherds to anyone. We had
excellent service from start to
昀椀nish selling our house. Special
mention to Peter for his superb
communication throughout the
whole process.
Recently bought through Shepherds...
昀椀rst class service from start to 昀椀nish
particularly from David. Communication
was excellent and David helped us
navigate what materialised as a somewhat
tricky purchase in respect to renegotiation
and so forth. Despite predominantly
representing the vendor, David did his
upmost to represent our views/position
and get the purchase through.
Shepherds deserves
its decades of success
in Hertford. Proactive.
Informative. E昀케cient.
The Team is a pleasure
to engage with. The
Firm has my thanks.

We bought our house from
Shepherds and sold with them as
we had such a great experience.
Some people will opt to sell it
themselves but Shepherds really
take the e昀昀ort out of it and really
know the area and generally just
make a stressful process easy. I
highly recommend them.
