figures point to renewed buyer interest after the
summer, continued annual house price growth and a
rental sector where strong demand is supporting

autumn market is offering welcome reasons for

BUYER INTEREST IS STRENGTHENING
One of the most positive signals comes from Zoopla, which
reported in late August that searches for homes were 7%
higher than a year earlier, the strongest annual increase for
12 months. Buyer searches were also ahead of last year
across every region and country of the UK for the first time
since August 2025. The South East recorded an 8.9%
annual increase, while the East of England was up 8.5%.
