BBQ SEA BASS

Simple, healthy and bursting with Mediterranean 昀氀avours.
INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
2 whole sea bass, cleaned
Score the 昀椀sh lightly on both sides.
1 lemon, sliced
Fill the cavity with lemon slices and
parsley.
Fresh parsley
Brush with olive oil and season.
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Cook on the barbecue for 6 to 8 minutes
per side until the 昀氀esh 昀氀akes easily.
VEGETARIAN ALTERNATIVE :
PAIR WITH:
Replace with thick slices of grilled aubergine.
Herb roasted potatoes.
